Using green nettle pastry, we have created a new version of traditional Bolognese Tagliatelle. The Ortichelle are a classic and very simple product that can amaze the eyes and palate: they represent the so-called "Green Tagliatelle." Easy to season because they adapt to a variety of combinations with both meat and fish, they are perhaps the most famous nettle pasta.
