We want to share our passion which has always, since our very beginning, had its roots in the tradition of Bologna - City of Food - the most celebrated cuisine in Italy.

From artisanal skill, and a careful and slow preparation method, handed down from generation to generation, and developed through the determination of three friends who pursued their dream, combining knowledge, skill and experience, and personally oversaw every aspect of production with the latest-generation technologies and the most advanced quality and safety standards.

Our vision looks to the future, and we believe it is important to introduce innovative elements. To do this, we have researched and achieved an innovative technique to preserve filled pasta, exclusive to our company, developed in collaboration with the University of Bologna's interdepartmental centre for food industry research, CIRI (Centro Interdipartimentale di Ricerca Ind. Agroalimentare).
