Filling (50 %): ricotta (MILK whey, MILK , MILK cream, salt), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 30 months 9.9% (MILK, salt, rennet), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type “0”, salt), parsley 2.4%, salt, nutmeg.

May contain LUPIN, SOYA, MUSTARD and NUTS (WALNUTS).
