The rough, full-bodied pasta sheet of our Tagliatelle and Pappardelle is ideal for picking up the most flavorful sauces.


A long pasta suitable for all kinds of sauces, our Tagliatelle is authentic in substance and generous in shape because it is 1 mm wider than traditional Bolognese pasta. The sheet of this fresh pasta is yellow, rough and full-bodied.


With a simple dough and coarse sheet, Pappardelle is an egg pasta format very similar to Tagliatelle but with a much greater width.
