Our Tagliatelle are authentic in substance and generous in shape because they are 1 mm wider than those of Bolognese tradition, for a total of 8 mm of flavor. A rough pastry to embrace all the richness of the sauce, full-bodied to give substance to each bite and yellow to restore the quality of the raw materials to the eyes.
