Pasta dough (55%): type “00” soft WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 28%.

Filling (45%): mortadella (pork meat, salt, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), pork meat, raw ham (pork meat, salt, natural flavours, preservative: potassium nitrate), Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 30 months 14.5% (MILK, salt, rennet), salt, nutmeg. 

May contain SOYA, MUSTARD, LUPIN and NUTS (WALNUTS).
